Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every Berwyn box is packed to feel like a gift right out of the box β€” recyclable paper, thoughtful presentation, and care in every detail. Custom gift messaging is available at checkout.

Can I customize a box?

Product Care

How should I store my candle?

Keep your soy wax candle away from direct sunlight and drafts. Trim the wick to ΒΌ inch before each burn for the best experience and longest burn time.

What happens after the candle burns down?

The Provence stoneware bowl is yours to keep and reuse β€” as a salt cellar, olive dish, jewelry catch-all, or your smallest most chic snack situation.

Is the Croissant Lamp safe?

Yes. The croissant is fully preserved in food-grade resin and the light is a small removable LED attached by a button magnet. It does not generate heat and is completely safe for everyday use.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped via standard (5–8 days), expedited (2–3 days), or overnight (1 day) carriers. See our Shipping Policy for full details and total delivery estimates.

What is your return policy?
