Our Commitment

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable or consumable goods (food items, candles that have been burned, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at michael@berwyngeneralstore.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, defective product). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return for the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at michael@berwyngeneralstore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Gift Returns

If you received a Berwyn General Store item as a gift and would like to return it, please reach out with your order information (if available) and we'll do our best to assist. Refunds on gift orders will be issued as store credit.
