Free Shipping — Free standard shipping on all orders over $65.00. Applied automatically at checkout.
Processing Time — All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Handmade items (like Garden Stakes) may have an additional 5-day lead time — noted on the product page.
Shipping Carriers — We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Rates calculated at checkout.
Where We Ship — Contiguous United States only. No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international.
Order Tracking — Tracking number sent by email once shipped. Allow 24–48 hours to update.
Damaged or Lost — Contact michael@berwyngeneralstore.com within 7 days of expected delivery.
Gift Orders — Leave a note at checkout for a handwritten note or to omit pricing from the packing slip.
