Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
Step 2 — We Review
We’ll confirm eligibility and get back to you within 1 business day with next steps.
Step 3 — Resolution
Eligible items can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. We cannot accept items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges
- Food and candy items (for safety reasons)
- Handmade items, including the Croissant Lamp
- Custom or corporate orders
