Free standard shipping on all orders over $65.00. Discount applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions) processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always communicate delays proactively.

Handmade items such as our Garden Stakes may have an additional lead time of up to 5 days. This is noted on the individual product page.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on order size and destination. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive that email.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at michael@berwyngeneralstore.com. We’ll work with the carrier to make it right.

Gift Orders

We’ve got you. If you’d like a handwritten note included or pricing omitted from the packing slip, just leave a note at checkout and we’ll take care of it.
